Cancellation Policy

 

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your booking in any way please let us know as soon as possible.

Bookings can be amended or transferred up to 7 days prior to check-in, subject to the below refund policies.

• We offer a refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in, with large package bookings being subject to a 10% fee.

• You may also transfer your stay up until 7 days before check-in, transfers will be subject to price variations depending on time of year.

• Any cancellations made within 7 days of check will not be subject to a refund or transfer.

• A partial refund may be offered if we are able to resell your cancelled dates.

• All refunds are at management discretion.

• Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for full refund.​

• Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a 50% refund + still provided with all associated food and drink.
