If for any reason you need to cancel or change your booking in any way please let us know as soon as possible.

Room Cancellations

• Room Only Rates - These rates may be amended or cancelled until 4pm 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Within 7 days no refund will be given under any circumstances.

• Non-Refundable Rates - These rates may be rearranged up to 4pm 14 days prior to check in. But will not be refunded under any circumstance, this includes price variations.

• Packages - These rates may be amended or cancelled up to 4pm 14 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Within 14 days no refund will be given under any circumstances.

• A partial refund may be offered if we are able to resell your cancelled dates, but this will be entirely at managements discretion and will depend on resources available.

• All refunds are at management discretion.

Experiences Cancellations

• Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for full refund.​

• Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a 50% refund + still provided with all associated food and drink.
